  • Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct key informant interviews and focus group discussions with UNFPA, UNICEF, DFAT, and other programme partners
  • Mid-Term Review Report: Draft findings, lessons learned, and recommendations, including:
    • Progress against planned outputs and activities
    • Assessment of relevance, effectiveness, coordination, and sustainability
    • Identification of bottlenecks, risks, and emerging best practices
  • MERL Framework Updates: Amend and integrate two new countries (Maldives and Sri Lanka) into the regional framework
  • Progress Narrative Report: Prepare a six-month progress report covering January–June 2026 activities

  • Proven expertise in GBV, youth sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), or harmful practices

  • Ability to develop and implement a Theory of Change, linking social and behavioral change interventions to measurable outcomes
  • Competency in working with diverse types of quantitative and qualitative data
  • Proven ability to design user-friendly reporting tools, templates, and activity logs
