About ThinkGive

ThinkGive is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young people to make positive contributions to their communities while building character, confidence, and meaningful connections. Through research-backed social and emotional learning (SEL) programs, ThinkGive partners with schools and youth-serving organizations to support children aged 5 to 14.

Since its founding in 2013, the organization has reached more than 22,500 students and expects to partner with approximately 95 schools and youth organizations in the coming year. Around 90% of these partners primarily serve under-resourced communities, reflecting ThinkGive’s commitment to educational equity and positive youth development.

About the Role

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Coordinator will help deliver high-quality SEL programs, support educators, develop curriculum, and ensure successful program implementation.

This is a part-time position scheduled to begin on 3 August 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development

The successful candidate will:

  • Design engaging social-emotional learning curriculum.
  • Develop educational content and instructional materials.
  • Support continuous improvement of ThinkGive’s learning resources.

Program Management

Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating ThinkGive programs in schools and partner organizations.
  • Preparing for program launches, including scheduling, online setup, and teacher training.
  • Monitoring program implementation.
  • Providing ongoing support to educators.
  • Collecting feedback from teachers and students.
  • Analyzing program outcomes and preparing reports.
  • Maintaining accurate records using spreadsheets and project management systems.
  • Conducting local site visits to strengthen relationships with partner schools.

Relationship Building

The Program Coordinator will also:

  • Build strong relationships with educators.
  • Support long-term program retention.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for school partners.

Qualifications

ThinkGive is looking for an organized and collaborative professional who enjoys working with educators and young people.

Applicants should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • Two to three years of relevant teaching or student-facing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • A genuine interest in education and social-emotional learning.

Technical Skills

Candidates should be comfortable using:

  • Google Workspace
  • Canva
  • Spreadsheets
  • Project management tools
  • Online collaboration platforms

Experience creating educational content and supporting digital learning environments will be an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

ThinkGive offers an annual salary ranging from:

USD $26,000–$29,000, depending on experience.
