What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with employees and management to provide guidance on HR policies.
- Conduct investigations, resolve employee complaints, and participate in grievance meetings.

- Develop and implement employee recognition and retention programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws while upholding SPLC’s values.
What You Bring to the Table
- At least three years of HR experience.
- A minimum of two years of experience handling grievances in a unionized environment.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and employment laws.
- HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) are preferred.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
