Role Summary

This role sits at the heart of Technovation’s student leadership ecosystem. The selected candidate will design, manage, and continuously improve student leadership programs while ensuring that student voices shape organizational decision-making.

The role has two major focus areas:

  • Student Leadership Program Management (60%)
  • Student Voice and Experience Design (40%)

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Leadership Program Management (60%)

The Manager will oversee Technovation’s student leadership pipeline, including Student Ambassadors, Lead Student Ambassadors, and Student Club Leaders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing recruitment, onboarding, and selection of student leaders
  • Supporting ongoing engagement and participation across cohorts
  • Coordinating webinars, training sessions, and leadership activities
  • Tracking participation and identifying engagement challenges
  • Designing leadership development curriculum and training materials
  • Supporting end-of-season recognition and evaluation processes
  • Building scalable systems to manage global student programs efficiently

2. Student Experience and Voice (40%)

A major part of the role focuses on ensuring student voices influence organizational strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing surveys, focus groups, and feedback systems
  • Collecting and analyzing student experience data across countries
  • Synthesizing feedback into actionable insights for leadership
  • Advocating for student needs in program and curriculum design
  • Ensuring continuous feedback loops between students and staff
  • Supporting transition pathways from student to alumnae communities

Required Qualifications

Applicants should demonstrate:

  • Experience managing global or multi-country programs
  • Background in education, youth development, or nonprofit programming
  • Ability to design and manage feedback systems (surveys, focus groups, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills across diverse audiences
  • Experience working with distributed teams across time zones
  • Ability to build systems, trackers, and scalable workflows
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Commitment to youth empowerment and equitable education

Preferred Skills

Additional strengths include:

  • Experience in curriculum design or instructional development
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Discord, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or survey platforms
  • Experience in community engagement or youth mentorship programs
  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English
  • Experience working in international education contexts
