About the Role
The Investment Associate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the fund by managing investment processes, analysing potential investments, coordinating due diligence, supporting portfolio reporting, and maintaining investor communications.
This is a full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
The position is largely remote within the UK, with occasional meetings in London.

Key Responsibilities
Investment Pipeline Management
The successful candidate will:
- Manage inbound investment opportunities.
- Maintain the fund’s CRM system.
- Assess investment applications.
- Prepare screening notes.
- Monitor investment pipelines.
- Communicate professionally with founders throughout the investment process.
Due Diligence and Investment Analysis
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting commercial and financial due diligence.
- Building financial models.
- Reviewing company financial information.
- Preparing investment committee papers.
- Assessing business risks.
- Supporting legal due diligence.
- Analysing flexible investment structures.
Portfolio and Investor Reporting
The Investment Associate will also:

Fund Operations

Essential Qualifications and Experience
