About the Director, Global Talent Acquisition and Management Role

Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of People and Culture, the Director will lead global talent acquisition and talent management functions across the organization.

The successful candidate will develop and execute talent strategies that attract, retain, develop, and recognize exceptional employees while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values. The role involves close collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to build innovative people-centered solutions that support organizational growth and effectiveness.

Although the position is fully remote, candidates located in Europe are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The Director will oversee a broad portfolio of responsibilities across recruitment, talent management, workforce planning, and employee development.

Global Talent Acquisition Leadership

Core recruitment responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a global talent acquisition strategy.
  • Building streamlined recruitment processes and frameworks.
  • Defining hiring responsibilities for managers and HR teams.
  • Leading recruitment efforts for key and executive-level positions.
  • Improving candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
