Key Responsibilities

Youth Engagement
- Develop and implement youth engagement strategies on climate action
- Organize workshops, trainings, and awareness campaigns

- Liaise with government ministries, civil society, and partners
- Support communication and coordination among stakeholders

Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following academic and professional requirements:
Education
- Master’s degree in environmental science, climate studies, engineering, social sciences, or related field
- OR Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Experience
- For Master’s holders: experience is an asset but not mandatory
- For Bachelor’s holders: at least 2 years of relevant experience required
- Experience in climate change, environmental policy, or project management is highly desirable
- Experience working with youth groups and stakeholder engagement is an advantage
- Familiarity with NDC processes and multilateral climate frameworks is beneficial

Contract Type and Conditions
