About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Consultant for Strategic Communications, the Senior Consultant serves as BME’s lead expert in communications strategy and creative design.
The successful candidate will advise government and public-sector clients on communication planning, visual storytelling, branding, and audience engagement while leading projects from concept through implementation.

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Consultant will lead communications initiatives by:
- Advising clients on strategic communications and messaging
- Developing communication plans and audience engagement strategies
- Facilitating workshops, presentations, and stakeholder meetings
- Creating messaging frameworks and visual identity systems
- Translating technical public health information into accessible communications
- Managing the design and production of reports, presentations, infographics, and campaign materials
- Maintaining high creative and brand standards across projects
- Leading proposal development and supporting business growth opportunities
- Monitoring communication effectiveness using performance metrics
- Identifying emerging communications and design trends relevant to public health
The role also contributes to internal marketing initiatives when additional support is required.
Client Leadership
A major aspect of the position involves serving as a trusted advisor to public-sector clients.
