The Peace Track Initiative (PTI) is inviting qualified consultants to apply for an exciting short-term consultancy opportunity to develop a comprehensive Political Advising Guide focused on conflict-affected and transitional contexts across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. About the Peace Track Initiative

The Peace Track Initiative is a women-led organization dedicated to advancing inclusive peacebuilding, conflict transformation, and women’s meaningful participation in political processes. Consultancy Overview

As political transitions, governance reforms, and peace negotiations continue to evolve throughout the region, there is a growing need for practical tools that help individuals provide effective political advice and navigate complex political environments.

To address this need, PTI seeks a consultant to design and develop a Political Advising Guide that will serve as a practical resource for:

  • Civil society leaders

Develop the Political Advising Guide

Produce a Final Project Report

At the conclusion of the consultancy, the selected expert will submit a final report highlighting:

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Yemen and the MENA region
  • Experience creating training materials, toolkits, or capacity-building resources

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Arabic language proficiency will be considered an advantage.
