About Swift Sports Organisation
Swift Sports Organisation is a grassroots community-based organization founded in 2018 with a mission to use sport as a catalyst for social and economic transformation.
Initially established through small community netball and fitness sessions, the organization has grown into a registered community-based organization delivering sports and community development initiatives in Uganda.
Today, its work focuses on:
- Educational support for disadvantaged children.

About the International Director Role
Swift Sports Organisation is looking for an International Director who will work alongside the Founder and CEO to help shape the organization’s future growth.
Rather than filling a traditional employee position, the organization is seeking a long-term strategic partner who shares its vision and is committed to building sustainable systems, partnerships, and projects.
The successful candidate will support organizational growth by strengthening governance, expanding international partnerships, mobilizing funding, and helping implement impactful community programmes.
Key Responsibilities
The International Director will:
- Provide strategic leadership and organizational guidance.
- Build international partnerships and professional networks.
- Lead fundraising and resource mobilization efforts.
- Support project design, implementation, and sustainability.
- Strengthen governance and organizational systems.
- Assist with financial planning and accountability.
- Represent the organization professionally with donors and partners.
- Contribute to long-term organizational development and social impact initiatives.
Ideal Candidate

Compensation
The position offers compensation of USD $100–$200 per month, depending on mutual agreement.
The organization notes that future earnings may also be linked to jointly developed income-generating projects and long-term organizational growth, subject to appropriate legal, governance, and financial arrangements.
