The successful candidate will play a central role in strengthening SLCP’s product ecosystem and improving the usability and impact of its flagship Converged Assessment Framework (CAF).
Senior Manager, Products and Services Role
The Senior Manager, Products and Services will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will have end-to-end responsibility for SLCP’s products and services.
The role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on product development and service improvement. The successful candidate will help ensure that SLCP’s tools, digital solutions, methodologies, training, and customer support remain effective and accessible.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to SLCP’s organizational strategy and product vision.
- Leading the continued development of the Converged Assessment Framework.
- Improving existing products, digital tools, and services.
- Identifying opportunities for new products and digital features.
- Applying a customer-focused approach to product development.
- Managing a globally distributed team of product, training, and support specialists.
- Building partnerships with external organizations and collaborators.
- Improving customer guidance, support, and product accessibility.
- Representing SLCP at conferences, webinars, public events, and industry engagements.
The position therefore offers significant influence over how SLCP develops and delivers solutions designed to improve social sustainability across global supply chains.
Who Should Apply?
SLCP is looking for a senior professional with substantial experience in product management and team leadership.
Applicants should ideally have:
- At least 7 years of product management experience.
- At least 4 years of leadership and people management experience.
- Strong strategic leadership and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated experience in social or environmental sustainability.
- Knowledge of sustainability challenges within global supply chains.
- Experience working in diverse, international, or non-profit environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with Jira and Confluence is required, while familiarity with Figma or similar product design tools is considered an advantage. Candidates should also have full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and strong Microsoft Office skills.
Remote Working Opportunity
The position is primarily remote and is expected to be aligned mainly with the Central European Time (CET) zone. Employees based in the Netherlands may have the possibility of working from SLCP’s Amsterdam office.
The position also involves international exposure, with travel of up to approximately 15 days per year potentially required.
