Role Overview
The Operations Assistant is a full-time, independent contractor role with a gross monthly fee ranging from USD 800 to 1500, depending on experience and location, with potential extension subject to funding. The position operates in MENA and EU timezones, from 15 March to 30 April 2026.
The primary purpose of the role is to support Seefar’s operations team through administrative, coordination, and preparatory tasks across recruitment, compliance, and people operations, ensuring processes run efficiently across international programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Process Support
- Maintain and clean data in organisational systems.
- Manage Wrike task reporting and maintenance.
- Organise Google Drive files and restructure folders as needed.
- Document workflows, create SOPs, and maintain version control.
- Support automation initiatives using tools such as Google Apps Script, Glide, Wrike rules, and Zapier.
- Identify inefficiencies or gaps in existing processes and suggest improvements.
HR Administration and Recruitment Support
- Screen applications against defined criteria and maintain recruitment records.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate logistics.
- Draft and send standardised candidate communications.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle HR inquiries and assist with internal HR communications.
Compliance and Documentation Support
- Collect and organise documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
- Update HR checklists and flag missing or expiring documents.
- Assist in SOP updates and maintain compliance version control.
