The CRM Platform Specialist will play a key role in managing War Child Alliance’s Salesforce environment as a business-critical global service.

The position will focus on ensuring that Salesforce and related SaaS applications remain:

Key Responsibilities of the CRM Platform Specialist

Managing Salesforce Administration and Optimization

The CRM Platform Specialist will oversee the full lifecycle of the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing Salesforce configuration and administration.
  • Maintaining user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • Improving workflows and automation.
  • Managing data models and system settings.
  • Supporting multiple Salesforce environments.
  • Ensuring platform performance and reliability.

The role will identify opportunities to improve processes and increase user adoption across the organization.

Supporting System Implementation and Improvements

The position will lead and support technology improvements across Salesforce and other cloud-based applications.
