About the Contract Opportunity
RISE Partnership is seeking an experienced facilitation partner to lead a series of virtual Listening Sessions designed to gather valuable feedback from State of Oregon employees regarding workplace benefits and the Uplift Oregon benefits education program.
This is a remote contract position open to professionals who can work from anywhere in the United States. The selected facilitator will collaborate closely with the Uplift Oregon team to create respectful, accessible, and psychologically safe spaces where employees can openly share their experiences and ideas.
The engagement is expected to include three to four virtual Listening Sessions over a twelve-month period.
Key Responsibilities
The selected facilitator will support every stage of the engagement, from planning through reporting.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Uplift Oregon to design effective Listening Sessions
- Advising on inclusive facilitation strategies and session structure
- Facilitating three to four virtual employee Listening Sessions
- Supporting a dual moderator or neutral facilitation model
- Encouraging respectful and inclusive participation
- Creating psychologically safe environments for open dialogue
- Collecting qualitative feedback from participants
- Identifying recurring themes and key insights
- Preparing de-identified qualitative data in CSV format
- Providing recommendations that help improve employee benefits education
The findings from these sessions will help inform the redesign of Uplift Your Benefits (UYB) 7.0, a training program delivered to State of Oregon employees.
