About the Position

Key Responsibilities

Proposal Development
The Research Associate will assist in preparing competitive proposals and designing research methodologies. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development of research and evaluation proposals
- Designing qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method approaches
- Developing research frameworks and evaluation questions
- Preparing project timelines and implementation plans
- Contributing to proposal submissions and documentation
Research and Report Writing
The role requires strong research and writing skills to support knowledge generation and evidence-based recommendations.
Key tasks include:
- Conducting literature reviews and desk research

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines:
