HR/People & Culture Officers
Preferably within the CET timezone (+- 2 hours) with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Officers will prepare a positive and inclusive workplace culture, developing and retaining volunteers, and aligning human resource work with organizational objectives. This includes the design and day-to-day implementation of relevant HR policies and strategic initiatives to ensure quality and a healthy work environment along with looking for/retaining highly skilled and motivated people in every area of our work. Committment: 8-10 hours per week.

Head of Programs
Preferably within CET timezone (+- 2 hours) with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. This is a senior position with a high level of responsiblity. It requires advanced skills in coordination, knowledge of the field, ability to multi-task and flexibility. In collaboration with the Executive Director, the HoP will provide leadership and strategic direction for the design of strategic frameworks and plans, including the development of resource mobilization to optimize the impact of large and complex programming • Will lead high-quality project design with innovative approaches to ensure quality • Manage team dynamics and staff well-being •Participate in Global calls and support with the overall expansion of YTN’s work • Support with other tasks as needed.
Committment: 10-15 hours per week.
