1. Grant Management and Compliance

The Grants Finance Lead is responsible for ensuring that all donor funds are managed in compliance with financial and contractual requirements. Key tasks include:

• Reviewing grant agreements and ensuring adherence to donor rules
• Tracking budgets, spending, and reporting timelines
• Preparing financial reports for donors and stakeholders
• Monitoring expenditures and identifying financial variances

• Coordinating grant close-out processes and final reporting
