Role Overview

The Associate, Procurement Transformation plays a critical role in supporting government partners in implementing complex operational improvements. This hands-on position involves leading project execution, facilitating change management, and creating tangible outcomes that improve public services.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Managing day-to-day project activities and timelines
• Facilitating workshops and coaching sessions for government staff
• Developing high-impact deliverables such as training materials, process overviews, and reports
• Supporting project design, research, and implementation strategies
• Building strong relationships with government leaders and nonprofit partners

Associates may work on a single in-depth initiative or contribute across multiple shorter-term projects. Over time, the role provides opportunities to take on increasing responsibility, autonomy, and strategic influence.

Key Responsibilities

Project Design & Implementation

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, surveys, and process mapping
• Develop actionable, high-impact projects with a clear theory of change
• Create effective deliverables, such as work plans, policy and procedure documents, research reports, and case studies
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and coaching sessions to support change adoption
• Participate in internal and external project check-ins and strategy discussions

Stakeholder Engagement & Thought Leadership

• Build and maintain strong relationships with government leaders and nonprofit partners
• Represent PPG at conferences, webinars, and public events
• Contribute to public-facing tools, templates, and publications sharing best practices in government operations

Organizational Growth & Strategy

• Provide input on internal operational improvements and processes
• Support efforts to expand and refine PPG’s offerings and overall organizational impact
• Assist in developing insights that guide PPG’s long-term strategy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other technology tools
• Willingness to travel approximately 6–8 times per year

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary of $102,800 per year, alongside a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee well-being:
