Role Overview

- Leading full-cycle recruitment for international and country-level roles

- Training hiring managers and People & Culture teams globally
This is a hybrid role that balances strategy and execution, requiring both operational delivery and systems thinking.
Core Responsibilities
Recruitment Leadership & Delivery
The manager will directly handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. In parallel, they will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers to ensure fair, structured, and effective hiring decisions.
Systems & Process Development
A major part of the role involves building consistent recruitment systems across ProVeg. This includes:
- Developing toolkits, templates, and hiring guidelines
- Improving workflows in applicant tracking systems (such as Teamtailor)
- Ensuring recruitment data is used effectively for decision-making
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
The role also supports strengthening ProVeg’s employer brand by developing authentic recruitment messaging and improving candidate engagement throughout the hiring journey.
Strategic Talent & People Development
Beyond recruitment execution, the position plays a key role in shaping ProVeg’s long-term talent strategy. This includes:
- Supporting workforce planning with leadership
- Using recruitment insights to identify organizational needs
- Contributing to talent strategy discussions
- Coaching and training hiring managers across multiple regions
This makes the role particularly important in ensuring that hiring practices are consistent across different countries and time zones.
Skills and Experience Required
Candidates are expected to bring strong experience in:
- Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing through to offer stage)

- Experience in employer branding and content creation
- Background in mission-driven or non-profit organizations
