About the Position
The Director, Program Strategy & Implementation serves at the intersection of strategy, execution, partnership development, and organizational leadership.
Reporting directly to the Deputy Executive Director, the successful candidate will oversee priority programs and strategic initiatives while coordinating efforts across multiple departments. The role requires a professional who can manage complex projects, build relationships with stakeholders, and ensure organizational priorities are effectively implemented.
Although the position is fully remote, preference will be given to candidates based in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi, or Louisiana.

- Leading implementation of major programs and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinating cross-functional work across Programs, Political Strategy, Communications, Advising, Development, Finance, and Operations teams.

- Organizing convenings, trainings, strategic meetings, and briefings.
- Developing implementation plans and accountability systems.
- Translating field insights and partner feedback into strategic recommendations.
- Supporting donor engagement and organizational planning efforts.
