Rather than focusing solely on strategic planning, this role emphasizes hands-on execution. The successful candidate will work across numerous operational functions, helping organizations improve internal systems, manage projects, oversee compliance, and navigate organizational growth.

This position is ideal for experienced professionals who enjoy solving operational challenges, improving processes, and supporting mission-driven organizations behind the scenes.

  • Coordinating communication across internal teams and clients.
  • Strengthening PEPR’s internal operational systems.
  • Supporting organizational growth as the company expands.
  • Contributing to the Animal Advocacy Ops Collective and Elevate programme.

The consultant will also work directly with nonprofit clients, helping them establish strong operational foundations that enable long-term impact.

  • Experience working with nonprofit or advocacy organizations.
  • Knowledge of operational compliance within nonprofit environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Candidates who thrive in fast-paced, startup environments and enjoy building systems from the ground up will be particularly successful in this role.

  • Programme management.
  • Development of organizational policies and procedures.
  • Automation platforms and AI tools.
