About the Director of People Operations Role

The Director of People Operations role is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing HR systems, employee engagement, organizational culture, talent strategies, and operational growth.

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and works closely with leadership teams, managers, and employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Culture and Employee Engagement

A major focus of the role involves maintaining and strengthening CDI’s organizational culture during a period of rapid growth. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading employee engagement initiatives
  • Supporting onboarding and internal training programs
  • Managing organizational meetings and communications
  • Strengthening feedback systems and workplace collaboration
  • Promoting a connected and mission-driven remote culture
