The United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) is recruiting a CoP17 Pavilion Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of the Pavilion at the 17th Conference of the Parties (CoP17). The assignment is a short-term consultancy focused on ensuring that the Pavilion functions as a high-quality, well-organized, and engaging space for dialogue, exhibitions, and stakeholder interaction. The Coordinator plays a central role in translating UNCCD’s thematic priorities into a visible and operational platform during one of the most important global environmental conferences. The contract runs for approximately 80 working days between May and September 2026, with applications open from 7 April 2026 to 21 April 2026. Role Purpose and Strategic Function

  • Ensures effective planning and delivery of the CoP17 Pavilion as a central engagement space
