About the Senior Partnerships & Development Officer Role

The Senior Partnerships & Development Officer will join GRC’s International team and support organizational growth by developing funding opportunities and strategic partnerships.

The role focuses on securing institutional and philanthropic funding to advance GRC’s priorities. The successful candidate will work across departments, collaborating with technical experts, finance teams, legal specialists, communications professionals, and programme teams.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development and Donor Engagement

The Senior Partnerships & Development Officer will:

• Identify funding opportunities from institutional donors, foundations, trusts, and strategic partners.
• Research donor priorities and assess alignment with GRC programmes.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors and partner organizations.
• Develop strategic partnerships and consortium opportunities.
• Represent GRC at relevant meetings and events.
