Key Responsibilities
Supporting BoardLead Programme Activities
The Program Specialist will assist with nonprofit engagement and programme delivery by:
- Conducting outreach calls and email communication with nonprofit organisations
- Answering programme questions and encouraging participation
- Managing nonprofit communication records
- Reviewing nonprofit applications
- Conducting research to assess organisational alignment
- Interviewing nonprofit executives, board leaders, and staff

Data Management and CRM Support
