About the Role
Oxfam is seeking a Strategic Lead for Program Support, Integration, and Accountability to strengthen the bridge between operational support functions and real-time program needs across countries and regions. This role ensures that the operational services delivered through the Care and Core Operations Hub are fully integrated into everyday program realities.
The Strategic Lead will work closely with Executing Affiliates (EAs), Regional Business Managers (RBMs), and the Global Humanitarian Team (GHT) to ensure alignment around processes, systems, and standards. A central responsibility of the role is to support the Global Programs Management Teams (GPMT) and RBMs in anticipating, managing, and mitigating operational risks while identifying opportunities that enhance program delivery and impact.
Key Focus Areas Include:
- Strengthening integration between operational support hubs and program teams
- Ensuring alignment across EAs, RBMs, GHT networks, and regional offices
- Supporting risk identification, mitigation, and strategic decision-making
- Facilitating operational readiness across country and regional teams
- Driving accountability in operational and program performance
