Key Responsibilities

The Operations and Finance Manager serves as a critical leader responsible for overseeing daily operations, financial systems, and organizational strategy. The role combines high-level planning with hands-on execution across several core areas:

Organizational Leadership & Strategy

  • Manage daily operations and ensure alignment across teams and priorities
  • Serve as a strategic financial advisor to leadership

Operations and Systems Management

Financial Systems, Controls & Compliance

Grants and Contracts Management
