The role is open to candidates working within UTC-6 to UTC+3 time zones, with a salary of up to USD $76,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Role Overview
The Grants & Operations Associate will play a key role in ensuring that GWWC’s grantmaking systems operate efficiently, securely, and accurately as the organisation continues to grow.
This is a high-impact operations position combining:
- Grant management.
- Compliance support.

- General organisational operations.
The successful candidate will become an essential part of the team responsible for delivering tens of millions of dollars annually to organisations working on global challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Grantmaking Operations
Approximately 50% of the role will focus on grantmaking activities, including:
- Managing grant cycles from start to finish.
- Coordinating grant payments across multiple currencies and entities.
- Conducting due diligence and compliance checks.
- Supporting grantee onboarding and reporting.
- Maintaining strong relationships with supported organisations.
- Improving grantmaking processes and systems.
The role will help ensure that funds are distributed accurately, securely, and on schedule.
Support General Operations
The successful candidate will also contribute to broader organisational activities, including:
- Supporting internal operations projects.

Improve Systems and Technology
