Key Responsibilities
Proposal Writing and Reporting

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and validate content
Project Management
- Oversee the full lifecycle of proposal and reporting projects
- Coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including field, finance, and fundraising teams
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality control processes
- Take ownership of final outputs submitted to donors
Strategic and Leadership Support
- Act as a deputy to the Public Fundraising Team Lead
- Support donor engagement and relationship management
- Lead high-priority and ad hoc strategic projects
- Ensure effective data stewardship across fundraising initiatives
Programme Knowledge and Research
- Build deep expertise in organisational programmes, impact, and strategy

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

- 5–7+ years of professional experience
- At least 3+ years in grant writing or technical proposal development
- Experience working with bilateral and multilateral donors
- Strong ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
- Demonstrated interest in international development or agriculture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
