Position Overview: Office Administrator
The Office Administrator will provide high-level administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations across the organization.
Working as part of the collaborative Office Administration team, the successful candidate will support:
- Client scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
Administration and Office Coordination
The Office Administrator will:
- Manage client appointments using Acuity scheduling and Outlook calendars.
- Maintain accurate administrative records.
- Support office systems and processes.
- Assist with general administrative tasks across departments.
- Coordinate shared office spaces and resources.
Data Management and Legal Administration
Responsibilities include:
- Entering information into Action Step legal practice software.
- Updating CLASS legal data management systems.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting legal service administration processes.
Finance and Operational Support
The role will involve:
- Processing invoices.
- Supporting grant-related claims.
- Managing trust account transactions.
- Assisting with procurement of office supplies and equipment.
Team and Staff Support
The successful candidate will also:
- Support monthly lawyer roster preparation.
- Book barristers and locums.
- Respond to reception overflow calls.

Candidate Requirements
Women’s Legal is seeking a proactive and organized administrator with:
- At least 2–3 years of office administration experience.
- Experience working in reception and administrative environments.
