What Will the ME&R Specialist Do?
The position combines research coordination, data analysis, reporting, field team management, and capacity-building support.
A key responsibility will be coordinating field data collection. The successful candidate will work with field team leaders, enumerators, and project teams to ensure that data collection activities are properly organised and completed according to project requirements.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting research tool testing and KoboToolbox rollouts.
- Briefing field teams and following up on daily fieldwork.
- Reviewing incoming data for completeness and consistency.
- Identifying data quality problems and supporting their resolution.
- Analysing quantitative and qualitative information.
- Summarising findings, risks, trends, and recommendations.
- Preparing fieldwork updates and analytical summaries.
- Contributing to reports and other project deliverables.

Capacity-Building and Training Coordination

Who Can Apply?
Ektimisi requires a minimum of four years of relevant experience in areas such as monitoring and evaluation, research, data collection coordination, data analysis, reporting, training coordination, or humanitarian and development programming.

- Strong Excel and data-quality review skills.

English-Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
