Call for Applications: Manager, MEAL
MiracleFeet is inviting applications from qualified professionals for the position of Manager, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL).
The successful candidate will provide leadership in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning activities while supporting the organization’s data systems, reporting processes, and evidence-based decision-making.
The role works closely with the Associate Director of MEAL, Technical teams, Programs teams, Clinical teams, Digital/Product teams, senior leadership, and external partners. (Remotive)
Key Responsibilities
The Manager, MEAL will:
- Lead MEAL initiatives that strengthen organizational data systems.
- Develop and improve monitoring indicators and measurement approaches.
- Support data collection, management, and quality assurance processes.
- Conduct data quality assessments and strengthen reporting systems.
- Analyze program and clinical data to support decision-making.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and visualizations.
- Support evaluations, studies, and learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with digital teams to improve data tools.
- Promote ethical data use, child safeguarding, and privacy standards.
- Provide MEAL support for donor reporting and grant processes.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- A Master’s degree or higher in public health, statistics, social sciences, evaluation, or a related field.
- At least six years of professional experience in M&E or MEAL roles.
- Experience supporting complex programs, preferably in global health or development settings.
- Strong knowledge of evaluation methods, research approaches, and data analysis.
- Experience using analytical tools such as R, Stata, Python, Salesforce, KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO, or similar platforms.
- Experience designing surveys, managing data collection, and analyzing results.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical information clearly.
Additional experience in healthcare programs, low- and middle-income countries, and cross-cultural environments will be an advantage.
