Purpose of the E-Health Medical Officer Position

The position focuses on improving how health data is collected, analyzed, and used to support better healthcare delivery. By supporting digital health tools and training field staff, the officer helps ensure that medical teams can make informed decisions based on reliable data.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting Health Information Systems

One of the core responsibilities involves supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of MSF’s Health Management Information System.

Key tasks include:

  • Assisting field teams in defining data structures and hierarchies
  • Supporting data collection and analysis processes
  • Ensuring health data is accurate, structured, and useful for decision-making
  • Helping develop dashboards that monitor program performance and outcomes

Training and Capacity Building

Professional Experience
