Role Overview

This position is home-based but includes regular travel to Afghanistan, including locations such as Kabul and other field offices.

Programme Oversight and Quality Assurance

Monitoring, Data, and Reporting
- Develop monitoring tools such as surveys and tracking systems
- Ensure accurate data collection and ethical data management

Coordination and Institutional Strengthening
- Manage Programme Appraisal Committee processes
- Support knowledge management systems and documentation
- Mentor staff and promote sustainable systems across teams
Required Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Master’s degree in social sciences, development, public administration, gender studies, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in project or programme management
- Strong expertise in monitoring, evaluation, and results-based management
- Experience working with international organizations or NGOs
- Ability to manage compliance frameworks and partner agreements
Additional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are considered an advantage.
