Founders Pledge, a global organization empowering entrepreneurs to maximize their charitable impact, is seeking a Product Manager to join their Product, Technology, and Communications team. This remote role allows candidates based in Germany, the UK, or the US (East Coast) to improve internal tools, workflows, and systems that power the organization’s day-to-day operations.
Since 2015, Founders Pledge has built a community of over 2,000 members, who have pledged nearly $11 billion and donated over $1.7 billion to charitable initiatives across more than 45 countries. Members include founders of companies such as Airbnb, Dropbox, UiPath, Spotify, Skype, and Uber.
Role Overview
The Product Manager will focus on designing and optimizing internal tools and processes, enabling teams across the organization—such as Partnerships, Finance, Research, and Operations—to work efficiently and safely.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and improve internal workflows and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify pain points and map existing processes.
- Translate complex processes into clear user journeys and actionable product work.
- Work with engineering teams to prioritize development, plan delivery, and iterate based on feedback.
- Reduce system fragmentation and improve data handling and reliability.
- Ensure adoption of new solutions and support process owners in implementation.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, resourceful, and conscientious product manager with a passion for social impact.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong interest in Founders Pledge’s mission and social impact generally.
- Experience in shipping digital products in a cross-functional environment (product + engineering, ideally with design input).
- Systems thinking and comfort managing complexity.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including diplomacy, persuasion, and balancing competing needs.
- Solid UX sensibility, focusing on usability, intuitive flows, and reducing friction.
- A builder mindset, with pride in creating practical, scalable solutions.
Compensation and Logistics
- Location: Germany, UK, or US (East Coast only)
- Salary: Up to €75k / £65k / $100k, depending on experience and location
- Travel: Occasional team and global offsites, typically twice per year
- Remote Work: Fully supported; work can be performed from anywhere in the specified regions
