What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Program Advisor, you’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating the event’s various programmatic elements, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality content that aligns with Women Deliver’s core mission and vision for gender equality. You’ll play an instrumental role in helping define the event’s overall program and ensuring it remains impactful, inclusive, and empowering.
As a Scholarship and Applications Advisor, you will oversee the scholarship program that supports the participation of delegates from all over the world, especially those from underrepresented and marginalized communities. This involves managing application processes, providing support to applicants, and ensuring equitable access for all conference participants.
Both positions require dynamic project management skills, expertise in external communications, and experience in managing large-scale events, with an additional focus on feminist leadership, social justice, and advancing gender equality globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to design, coordinate, and manage the Women Deliver 2026 Conference.
- Ensure effective communication and outreach to potential participants, speakers, and partners, with a focus on fostering an inclusive and diverse environment.
- Manage the scholarship and application processes, supporting applicants and helping ensure representation from a wide range of geographic, social, and gender identities.
- Support the development of program content, ensuring alignment with Women Deliver’s mission and goals for social justice and equality.
- Contribute to external communications efforts, including press releases, social media outreach, and other promotional strategies to build awareness and drive participation in the conference.
