Program Overview

The HBC Internship Program 2026 is structured as a four-month immersive experience, combining real consulting work, applied learning, and professional development. Interns will join multidisciplinary teams and contribute meaningfully to client deliverables from day one.

Applicants can choose between two cohorts:

  • Cohort 1: February – May 2026
  • Cohort 2: July – October 2026

The program is remote-first, enabling participation from candidates worldwide while collaborating with international teams across time zones.

Eligibility and Requirements

Essential Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in a relevant field such as business, STEM, social sciences, humanities, or related disciplines
  • Professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated AI fluency, including regular use of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot, with practical examples
  • Availability for the full four-month commitment during the selected cohort
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following will strengthen an application:

  • Strong interest in consulting, international development, or policy work
  • Demonstrated leadership or initiative-taking experience
