Position Overview
The Bid & Proposal Manager will play a key role in supporting the growth of Baastel’s Environment Unit through strategic business development and proposal coordination.
Reporting to the Head of Unit, the successful candidate will:
- Identify new business opportunities

- Support client engagement
- Strengthen consultant networks

This position focuses on proposal management and administrative coordination rather than technical project implementation.

- Gatineau, Quebec
- Remote within Quebec
- Remote from locations between GMT-7 and GMT+3
Contract options include:
- Permanent employee contract for Quebec-based applicants
- Consulting contract for candidates located outside Quebec
Salary and Benefits
Employee Contract (Quebec)
Benefits include:
- Annual salary between CAD $51,000 and CAD $58,000
