About the Project Coordinator Role

The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of a complex, multi-country strategic communications programme. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the successful candidate will help coordinate project activities, monitor implementation progress, manage logistics, and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.

This position is fully remote and open to candidates worldwide, although applicants located within Europe and the MENA region are preferred due to time zone alignment.

The role has been intentionally designed as a project management growth-track position, offering opportunities for increased responsibility and potential promotion into a Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination and Implementation Support

A significant portion of the role focuses on supporting programme implementation across multiple countries.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting field teams and consultants.
  • Monitoring project deliverables and timelines.

Operations and Logistics Management

The Project Coordinator will help ensure that operational systems function efficiently.

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using Google Workspace and project management platforms.

Experience within migration, humanitarian assistance, strategic communications, or international development programmes will be highly advantageous.

Preferred Skills
