Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Manager Programs and Impact is a senior leadership position responsible for the strategic direction and performance of WHGNE’s health promotion and prevention portfolio.
The role involves translating organisational strategy into effective regional action while ensuring strong programme delivery, governance, and community impact.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Leading the organisation’s health promotion and prevention portfolio.
- Managing and supporting programme teams.
- Strengthening organisational capability.
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Building strong partnerships with stakeholders.
- Ensuring effective monitoring, evaluation, and quality improvement systems.
- Managing risks and improving operational effectiveness.
