Overview of the Recruitment & Operations Specialist Role

The Recruitment & Operations Specialist will play an important role in helping the organization attract and retain high-performing talent from around the world. Reporting to the Manager of Global Operations based in Nairobi, Kenya, the selected candidate will collaborate with regional and global operations teams to support recruitment and employee experience initiatives.

Key Recruitment Responsibilities
