Role Overview
The HR Handbook Writing & Compliance Consultant will play a key role in reviewing, updating, and standardizing employee handbooks across multiple organizations within the OppCo network. This includes:

The primary goal of the consultancy is to ensure that all handbook materials are accurate, consistent, clearly written, and aligned with each organization’s policies, values, and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
