Gratitude Network is currently hiring an Impact & Engagement Coordinator for a flexible, part-time contract role. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates worldwide who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in the nonprofit and social impact sector.

Founded in 2014, Gratitude Network is a global nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of children and youth by supporting and scaling the work of social entrepreneurs. Through its flagship Fellowship program, the organization equips nonprofit leaders with mentorship, strategic guidance, and tools to grow sustainable, high-impact organizations.
To date, Gratitude Network has supported over 300 nonprofit leaders across more than 130 countries, collectively impacting over 220 million children and youth. Their model emphasizes long-term sustainability, measurable outcomes, and global collaboration.
About the Role
This position supports the Director of Impact & Engagement and plays a key role in coordinating events, managing stakeholder relationships, and contributing to fundraising and outreach strategies.
The role requires a commitment of 10–15 hours per week over a 6–10 month contract period, beginning June 1, 2026, with the possibility of extension. Compensation ranges from $300–$600 per month, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
A major focus of this role is supporting the planning and delivery of the annual Gratitude Network Summit, a global event bringing together nonprofit leaders, donors, and partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating event logistics such as registration, scheduling, and communications
- Supporting speaker and partner engagement
- Managing timelines and tracking deliverables
- Assisting with pre-event planning and post-event follow-up
- Providing on-site support during the event (travel costs covered if attendance is required)
Stakeholder Engagement
You will help maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including alumni, donors, and partners. Tasks include:
- Drafting and managing communications via email and LinkedIn
- Supporting outreach campaigns and tracking engagement
- Creating materials such as presentations, reports, and one-pagers
- Assisting with onboarding and engagement of board members and volunteers
Research & Strategic Support
The role also involves analytical and research tasks that support decision-making and program growth:
- Conducting research on potential sponsors, partners, and industry trends
- Identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth
- Organizing insights and presenting recommendations to the team
Candidate Profile
Gratitude Network is looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
- Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work
- Passionate about social impact, global development, and nonprofit work
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience in event planning, communications, marketing, or partnerships
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, or CRM platforms
- Interest in social entrepreneurship or international development
