Role Responsibilities

The People & Culture Officer will report to the Vice President of People & Culture and support a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, organizational development, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment processes in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Developing job descriptions, screening candidates, and maintaining talent pipelines.
  • Strengthening employer branding and improving recruitment practices.
  • Supporting onboarding processes to ensure new employees have the tools and relationships needed to succeed.
  • Coordinating employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, retreats, and team-building activities.
  • Supporting professional development opportunities, coaching, and learning programs.
  • Assisting with performance management processes and annual review cycles.
  • Developing and improving HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining confidential employee support systems.
  • Monitoring compensation and benefits practices to promote fairness and competitiveness.

The successful candidate will also contribute to organizational strategy by analyzing people-related data, creating dashboards, and recommending improvements to strengthen employee experience.

  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Ability to design and implement HR policies and systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting employee learning and development programs.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems and employee data management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse international environments.
