Position Overview
The Senior Manager, Pipeline & Donor Strategy will oversee the development and management of a high-priority donor pipeline.
The role focuses on strengthening donor engagement processes while supporting strategic fundraising efforts involving:

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Development & Impact and collaborate across international teams to improve fundraising effectiveness and donor stewardship.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pipeline and Portfolio Management
The selected candidate will:
- Lead donor pipeline development and management
- Coordinate donor engagement and relationship-building strategies
- Track fundraising progress and pipeline performance

2. Prospect Research and Strategy

- Conducting donor and funding opportunity research

3. Donor Engagement and Stewardship
