What Will the Successful Candidate Do?

They will also be expected to turn complex legal developments, court decisions, legislation, and regulatory changes into accessible content for different audiences.

The role also includes strategic communications and messaging. The successful applicant will contribute to messaging frameworks, narrative strategies, and communications plans designed to engage audiences effectively. Collaboration with different departments will be essential to ensure that communications support litigation, policy, fundraising, and broader organizational objectives.

Media and Creator Engagement

Media relations are another important responsibility. The Assistant Director will build relationships with journalists, editors, creators, and content producers across print, broadcast, and digital platforms. Duties include responding to media inquiries, pitching stories, coordinating interviews, preparing organizational spokespeople, and monitoring media coverage.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers an annual salary of US$110,000–US$150,000, depending on experience.
