About the Consultant – GBV Team Role

  • At least three years of experience working with women’s rights organizations on GBV prevention and response
  • Experience in counselling, legal aid, violence intervention, or case management (preferred)
  • Experience collaborating with legal service providers or law enforcement agencies
  • Strong understanding of laws related to violence against women, transgender persons, and children
  • Knowledge of survivor-centered and rights-based approaches

Candidates who have worked directly with survivors and vulnerable populations will be particularly well suited for this role.

Essential Skills

To succeed in this consultancy, candidates should demonstrate strong technical and interpersonal skills, including:

  • Excellent documentation and report-writing abilities
  • Experience using gender analysis frameworks

Language Requirements

Remote Work and Travel Requirements
