About the Creative Solutions Project Manager Role

The Creative Solutions Project Manager will serve within GBPN’s Creative Solutions Unit, which provides internal communications, design, and digital services to regional project teams. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality project communications while allowing technical teams to concentrate on policy implementation and program delivery.

Working closely with the Digital and Design Coordinator, the successful consultant will oversee communications requests, coordinate project schedules, produce marketing materials, and ensure all deliverables meet GBPN’s quality and branding standards.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with international teams supporting climate projects in Indonesia, India, Africa, and China.

Key Responsibilities

The successful consultant will:

• Manage the Creative Solutions calendar and coordinate communications requests.
• Support implementation of digital and design requirements.
• Write compelling marketing content, including email invitations, flyers, landing pages, presentations, and stakeholder communication materials.
• Coordinate project communications across multiple global regions.
• Provide quality assurance for communications and design deliverables.
• Liaise with internal project teams and external service providers.
• Attend planning meetings and manage project workflows.
• Support quarterly reporting and other communications activities.
• Assist with simple graphic design using established templates.

Required Qualifications

GBPN is looking for a highly organized communications professional with a combination of project management and creative skills.

Essential qualifications include:

• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Excellent English writing and copywriting skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical information into engaging content.
• Basic graphic design experience using tools such as Canva.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Experience using collaboration platforms such as Zoom and Google Workspace.

Consultants will work remotely from their own location and receive payment in USD according to an agreed daily consulting rate. The financial proposal should include an all-inclusive daily fee covering taxes, benefits, and associated costs.
