Overview of the Executive Director Role

Key Responsibilities
The Executive Director will oversee several core functions within the organization:
Strategic Management

- Evaluate program effectiveness and oversee the development of annual reports.

Resource Development

- Lead annual fundraising events and campaigns.
- Identify and secure grant opportunities aligned with the mission.

Administrative Leadership

Required Skills and Competencies

Salary and Benefits
The Executive Director position offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Salary range of $65,000 – $75,000 per year
