Executive Director Position Overview

The Executive Director will serve as the organization’s chief executive, providing strategic leadership while overseeing daily operations, fundraising, financial management, partnerships, and program implementation.

This is a hands-on leadership position that requires someone who can balance strategic planning with operational management while representing the organization to funders, cultural institutions, artists, government agencies, and international partners.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Board of Directors and work closely with staff, consultants, researchers, and community organizations to advance ACE’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

The Executive Director will lead the organization across several important areas, including:

Strategic Leadership

The successful candidate will:

• Develop and implement the organization’s strategic vision.
• Guide long-term growth and sustainability.

Fundraising and Development

Fundraising is a major component of this role. Responsibilities include:

• Leading grant applications.

Programme Management

The Executive Director will oversee the organization’s diverse cultural programs by:

Qualifications and Experience

Salary and Benefits

The Executive Director position offers a competitive compensation package.

Salary

• USD $65,000–$70,000 per year based on a four-day work week.
• Opportunity to increase to USD $80,000–$95,000 annually after approximately 18 months if the role transitions to a five-day schedule.
